Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara
Wine Box - Lambrusco Salamino Santa Croce by A. Molinari (6 Bottles)
Located in the northern part of the Modena province, between the municipalities of Carpi and Sorbara, this wine benefits from a particularly favorable microclimate for cultivating Lambrusco.
The soils in this area are predominantly clayey and silty, enriched with organic matter, which imparts fruit and floral notes to the Lambrusco Salamini.
The vineyards are cultivated using the traditional pergola system, ensuring excellent exposure and aeration of the grapes. The vines have an average age of 15-20 years, contributing to the depth and character of the wine.
Color: The Lambrusco Salamini di Santa Croce presents an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections.
Bouquet: On the nose, you can perceive fruity aromas of blackberry, raspberry and cherry, with delicate floral notes of violet.
Taste: In the mouth, it is fresh, lively and slightly sparkling. The taste is soft, harmonious and well balanced between the acid and sweet components.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with cold cuts, cheeses, pasta dishes and red meats, even grilled.
