The vineyards are situated on well-draining, predominantly sandy soils with a mix of clay and limestone. This soil composition enhances the wine's minerality and complexity while ensuring optimal drainage and aeration.

Cultivated in sustainably managed vineyards, the Vermentino vines are trained using the Guyot system. This trellising method ensures even light penetration and air circulation, fostering the development of the grapes' aromatic compounds and acidity.
