Produced with the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards located in Veneto. Ground: Red clay rich in iron color. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified separately, following malolactic fermentation and aging in wood. This takes place in French oak barriques 225 LT for a period of approximately 36-40 months. Then follows short aging in barrels from 2500 Lt and proper aging in bottle before release.
Color: intense ruby red with light garnet hues.
Bouquet: intense with notes of red fruit spice, vanilla and pepper.
Taste: full-bodied, round and persistent with soft tannins and elegant.
