Produced with the best Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards located in Veneto. Ground: Red clay rich in iron colour. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified separately, following malolactic fermentation and ageing in wood. This takes place in French oak barriques 225 LT for a period of approximately 36-40 months. Then follows short ageing in barrels from 2500 Lt and proper ageing in bottle before release.
Colour: intense ruby red with light garnet hues.
Bouquet: intense with notes of red fruit spice, vanilla and pepper.
Taste: full-bodied, round and persistent with soft tannins and elegant.
Excellent with grilled meats, game and mature cheese; excellent after a meal. Temp. Service: 18-20 ° C.Storage: in a cool place, away from light and heat sources.
